Introduction to automatic measuring meter of the distribution of the magnetic fields: It is on-line multi-functional measuring equipment used to measure and analyze the surface magnetic field distribution of ring magnetic materials. In combination with independently developed software system, it is in a good position to conduct measuring of ring magnetic products or motors for their circumference magnetic field distribution, end side surface magnetic field distribution, inner circumference magnetic field distribution, especially suitable for measuring multi-polar magnetic appliances. It is of advanced automation and equipped with nearly all necessary functions. Working modes include surface magnetic field measuring and magnetic flux measuring. There are three measuring patterns available: outer circumference measuring, end side measuring and inner circumference measuring. Probe track will change as the measuring pattern differs. Passing CE license, it has been well exported to many European countries including Spain and Russia.


 

MFDAM is used for testing the magnet's surface magnetic field and flux after magnetization and evaluating the magnetization effect with the test data. For example,the magnetic field on ring magnet's inner,outer and end ring surface and the magnetic field on flat magnet can be tested.Especially,it has the superiority in test of magnet with multi-pole

This instrument is used multi axis control by the computer.lt can test the magnet automatically and it can test magnet with small pole distance quickly and precisely.The detection head has the function of fixed position automatically and a coder output device is assembled on revolving.This instrument needs less than 5 seconds to test each magnet and is completely fit for on line test.

It can display the parameters under friendly customer system in Windows98,such as wave-form of magnetic field,magnetic flux,extreme value,the number of poles,average extreme value,angle scope of each pole,angle where the extreme value is,duty ratio and area of each pole,etc.ln addition,it has alarm function when out of the range. The data can be processed and printed by YXCEL.Wave-form can be display by X-Y coordinates,polar coordinates and three-dimensional.

MFDAM is also used as Multi-pole ring magnet measuring system. As it is known, multi-pole magnetic ring is adopted as rotor or stator in micro motor, its magnetic field distribution is the key effect to the property of the motor. Multi-pole ring magnet measuring system is mainly used to measure the surface magnet distribution of the multi-pole magnetic ring, including the peak of each pole, angle, size, width and half-width. Through auto-judgment of the magnetic polarity, statistic analysis and calculating maximum value, minimum value, average value and standard tolerance, it can draw X-Y graph curves and polar coordinates.

Main features:

1. Use horizontal probe to measure the inner and outer surface of multi-pole magnetic ring.
2. Use vertical probe to measure the end of multi-polar magnetic ring.
3. Auto-measuring X-Y coordinate and polar coordinate magnetic field distribution curve of magnetic rings.
4. Auto-judge polarity of magnetic ring.
5. Test results contain the peak of each pole, angle, size, width and half-width.
6. Test results include the maximum value, minimum value, average value and standard tolerance of each parameter.
7. Free scaling adjustment of X-Y coordinate curve enables dynamic tracking and displaying each point on the coordinate curve.
8. Adjust the three test probes in the direction of the XYZ location by hand wheel and spiral micrometer with yardstick instructions.
9. The angle of rotating platform can be adjusted freely with current scale order perspective.
10. Test soft can run on WIN9X/ME/NT/2K/XP operation system, Chinese and English interface are available for direct and simple operation.
11. Various type of inkjet or laser printers are supported, logos or signs can be added as you wish.
12. Chinese or English format test reports are pre-displayed and size adjustment is available.
13. Test reports can be converted to image files for inserting.
14. Colorful test reports can be sent via Email directly.
15. Database function helps to export test data to Excel to facilitate the report analysis.
